New Additions - Positive Changes
This past weekend was kind of… neat! You know why? Because I did not have to think at all about how a church bulletin was going to be printed for our Sunday service. Yesterday I looked at the large stack of “to do” items on my desk and had the privilege of stuffing it all into a folder and delivering it to our new Ministry Assistant. Thus far, it’s been revolutionary. I actually get to spend this Friday studying and not rushing to print something! What a great change! Terri Chadd is serving as Bethel’s new Ministry Assistant and has already hit the ground running, having repeatedly told me, “What can I do to relieve your load?” That’s just the help I needed.
And in our Children’s Ministry, David Stewart has started his responsibilities as Director of Children’s Ministries. He has a big role to assume in overseeing Bethel Boulevard (Children’s Worship), Awana, Vacation Bible School, and a few other areas. And he’s hit the ground running with a vision to reach more families and to disciple the kids we have now. I’m just thoroughly excited about these new developments and can’t wait to see what the future holds!
